Delivery & Return

Green Trees Eco Shop only ships to the UK and our shipments are by Royal Mail – shipping rates are based on weight and according to Royal Mail’s price list.

Orders should arrive within 2-4 days from order date, however some products are fulfilled directly by the brand and delivery times may vary. The shop Green Tress Eco and our brands will endeavour to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

Products will be sent in recyclable, plastic-free packaging.

Returns of products purchased from Green Trees Eco shop are accepted as per the below:

Change of mind returns

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return a product/products please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order at shop@greentrees.eco so we can help.

For change of mind returns we can only accept the items if they are returned to us in the same condition in which they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. Upon receipt of the unopened, undamaged product, we will issue a full refund minus postage costs.

We are only able to accept certain items up to 28 days from when the order has been placed.

Change of mind returns are not available for skincare products, cosmetics, fragrances, menstrual cups, reusable sanitary pads, feminine hygiene products or gift cards. Due to the nature of our products there may be additional items that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you send anything back to us.

The Eco Shop are not liable for return postage costs. We also do not cover additional shipping costs for replacements so these will be charged to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product is incorrect somehow please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order at shop@greentrees.eco so we can help. Please include a photograph and full description of the issue.

Upon receipt of the returned items, and after confirming that the product(s) are faulty we will issue a full refund (including postage costs).

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for natural wear and tear, or for damage caused post receipt.

Sensitivities/Allergic reaction policy

Everyone’s skin is different and as with all skincare/cosmetic products reactions are possible. While we hope you have a great experience with any product you purchase from us, due to this we are not responsible for any reaction you may have as this is down to an individual’s skin not the product itself.

We cannot accept returns for a product you use that you find that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to.

We put the full list of ingredients on the product pages so please look at these carefully before purchasing to make sure you don’t have a known sensitivity/allergy to a specific ingredient. We are very happy to answer any questions about our products if you need advice so please email, call us or talk to us via Live Chat.

General returns information

If there are any issues or you are unhappy with your order for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us as we’ll get back to you right away to discuss and try to find a solution.

Orders that have been returned by our delivery carrier (Royal Mail) because they have been refused, haven’t been called for, or have an incorrect address, once arrived back to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
